Execute according to Tetra Pak strategy and its elements.

Continuous education in the area of Project Management with the expectation to obtain or maintain PMP certification.

Participate in project review board meetings.

Manage project team and provide feedback to Senior Management on team member performance.

Provide issue management related to projects.

Conduct and manage project implementation of sold systems/modules.

Provide sales support by giving technical and/or commercial presentation.

Conduct and manage quotation development in conjunction with account managers for systems/modules.

Provide lesson learned and providing input to improvement or development of processes and tools.

Secure project communication and documentation according to project communication plan.

Manage scope changes and issue variation orders.

Drive productivity in project through utilization of global re-useable solutions, processes and tools including quality, project governance, and risk management.

Breakdown and plan the project into phases and fulfill the plan and project milestones in time and in full according to budget.Secure project deliverables according to project agreement (the contract) and act according to responsibilities in the project charter.Overall responsibility for project execution and provide project leadership to deliver project result.The US/CA Project Centre will prioritize local candidates (Internal or External), who will not require International relocation to the United States, due our urgency to place the talents in the market. You might be travelling up to 30% to 50% of your time on average. The ideal candidates can be located in these preferred locations or within the US or Ontario Canada. We have many positions currently open reporting to our Vernon Hills IL (north suburb of Chicago), Greater Minneapolis area, Winsted and Ontario or Canada. You will manage all aspects of system quotations and projects and have overall responsibility and accountability both internally and externally for project success, contributing to the overall sales result and customer satisfaction in the US & Canada.
